Where We Started
Stellar Property Investments started three years ago with a simple premise: find motivated sellers in the Atlanta Metro, make fair offers, and close fast. We learned the wholesale model from the ground up — knocking on doors, sending mailers, building relationships, and running the numbers until we knew this market.
As we got comfortable with deal analysis, we started taking on fix & flip projects — buying distressed homes, managing renovations, and selling updated properties back to the market. Each project taught us something new about construction costs, neighborhood dynamics, and what buyers actually want.
Now, with 1,000+ deals analyzed and a real track record behind us, we're actively looking at our next chapter: multi-unit and commercial properties that can generate consistent cash flow and long-term equity.

How We Operate
We don't inflate our numbers. When we make an offer, we show you the comparable sales and repair estimate we used to get there. If your home would net you more with an agent, we'll tell you that — even if it means you don't sell to us.
We don't tie up properties and walk. If we put a contract on your house, we close it. And on the rare occasion something changes on our end before closing, we tell you immediately — we don't hold you in limbo or disappear.
We know Atlanta Metro. We've driven the neighborhoods, tracked the comps, and built relationships with local attorneys, title companies, and contractors.
